The Hair People, part of the 4th East Style Shop, is a full service hair salon. Leroy Eck opened shop in 1981, and has since served the downtown area as a master barber and stylist. Many services are offered; from traditional barbering, including straight razor shaves and razor cuts, to perms and style sets. A wide variety of color services are available- highlights, grey coverage, and color corrections.
The Hair People is a barbershop and a beauty parlor; the whole family can utilize our services, without the high prices. The Hair People’s diverse staff can cater to most requests, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
